I work with clients to help them achieve the goals they have established for themselves. Everyone goes through rough times and sometimes we need some extra support from an outside entity to help us get through those times! Every person has strengths that they can build on. Clients that I work with are motivated to change and do the necessary work (even if it means doing hard stuff) to get where they want to be. Together we will create systematic plans to work through issues and gain momentum to move forward. There may be times that steps back are taken, but that is okay, we will keep moving forward!
