I believe that therapy should be a journey that my clients and I travel together. I like to work collaboratively with them to empower them and teach them tools and resources they can use to help them improve their quality of life. I want everyone I see to feel comfortable so I try to provide a welcoming space free of judgment. I am passionate about caring for each and every individual who comes to me for care. I hold certifications in autism disorders and crisis/trauma disorders. I find that having knowledge in many methods of treatments allows me to be more versatile in finding a successful treatment approach.
