I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 40 years of experience and work with adults 21 and older. I work primarily with individuals I tend to be eclectic in my style and tailor it according to the individual and their specific circumstances. I work with a variety of issues, including grief, depression, anxiety and stress, self esteem and self compassion enhancement. I also address relationship concerns, relapse prevention, and work with family members coping with loved ones who have Alzheimer's/dementia and substance abuse disorders.
