I specialize in the treatment of psychological trauma, and its subsequent issues including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I have extensive experience working with attachment issues, family system concerns, developmental disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders. My therapeutic lens is person-centered. I believe every individual is the master of their own experience. I also see individuals as part of a bigger system. Oftentimes it is crucial to focus on the bigger system to foster change. Within this framework, I use art therapy as my method for healing.
