We seek psychological guidance when life doesn't go the way we think it should or want. Sadness, fear, anxiety, anger and confusion, often cloud our hearts and minds. We tell ourselves what should be, not how it is. This build-up of unsaid feelings, pressures and negative thoughts, commonly experienced as self-judgment, keeps us from living a joyful, balanced life. The Individual and Group therapies I've designed are dedicated toward mindful awareness of, and ease with life's daily challenges. I seek to create safety and freedom for exploration of your unique truth in body, mind and soul.
