I believe that we all have the potential within ourselves to build a satisfying life, with physical and emotional health, fulfilling pursuits and loving relationships. There are many factors that can negatively affect our ability to do this, including developmental/biological factors, trauma, addictions, and life stressors. I help people who feel stuck in negative patterns and emotional pain to find their inner strengths and wisdom - the life force we all possess - and to guide and support them in achieving their goals.
