My name is Lisa Leadbetter, and I am an LCPC licensed in Maine. I believe that connection and a strong relationship in therapy is everything. I pull from many different modalities and techniques but believe that the client determines what works best for them. I specialize in trauma, anxiety and depression and have extensive experience in communication, self-esteem and helping people be their best selves. I most often use cognitive behavioral therapy as a main approach but other staples in my approach are acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma informed and person-centered modalities.
