My name is Lisa Longo. I have worked in the field of mental health and human services for over 20 years. I have a BA in psychology & MA Ed. in Counseling from Seton Hall University. Thus far in my life, I have witnessed & experienced life defining moments. When we experience or witness trauma, death of a loved one, anxiety, depression, a life transition, etc. it’s hard to figure out what to do next. When “life happens” we find ourselves experiencing emotions we may not know how to handle. I have found that these times are when we could benefit from unbiased support!
