I specialize in working with men who carry significant responsibility and are feeling the strain of it. Many of the men I work with are high-functioning professionals and leaders who are managing life outwardly but dealing internally with stress, anger, burnout, or emotional shutdown. Therapy becomes an option not because they want to “talk about feelings,” but because the pressure has become unsustainable. I primarily work with men who are experiencing chronic stress or burnout, struggling with anger, irritability, or emotional shutdown, and carrying high levels of responsibility at work or at home. Many of the men I support feel tense, disconnected, or constantly on edge, often functioning well on the outside while feeling privately exhausted.
