About
I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Bethesda, MD, specializing in eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and family conflict. I work with adolescents, young adults, and families to help them navigate life’s challenges and build healthier relationships. I earned my MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I also provide supervision to new clinicians and serve on the executive board of EveryMind, a nonprofit focused on mental wellness. My areas of expertise include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, attachment disorders, and family discord. I have a special interest in working with families with a history of disordered eating. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches with an emphasis on emotion focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems theory.
