So many stressors coming at us, triggering old wounds, complicating life! I help my patients feel better, less confused, more settled within themselves. To do this, I combine psychology, clinical social work, and Christian spirituality. To make trauma less impactful, I use EMDR, Somatic work and Ego State therapy. To release people from addictions and compulsive behaviors of all kinds, I use Feeling State Addiction Protocol. I have a second masters in Pastoral theology and I pray with and for my patients.
