I will help you identify goals that are meaningful to you and together we will work towards meeting these goals. Therapy is a partnership and we will embark on the journey and navigate the roadblocks that can make life difficult. I use a client-centered approach along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and play therapy.
