My approach to therapy is psychoanalytic and deeply informed by years of working in the performing arts where i learned that transformation happens when we create space for the whole self to be experienced and accepted. Just as in creative work, therapy requires a foundation of trust, safety, and openness to exploring the full range of your inner world without fear of criticism, judgement, competition or shame. Also drawing from my extensive teaching experience, I work with individuals of all ages, couples and groups.
