The decision to begin psychotherapy takes courage and commitment. I work with individuals and couples, creating a safe environment for problem-solving, healing and growth. I believe there are discernible reasons for the pain people feel and the problem behaviors we sometimes exhibit, and that understanding those reasons is an important step in reducing painful symptoms and self-defeating behaviors, and in feeling better.
