Most of my clients come to me because they are struggling with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, low self worth, addictions and other maladaptive coping strategies that are negatively impacting their lives. Most of my clients have a history of trauma. I work with clients to process past trauma in a skilled and safe manner. Clients can expect a caring, empathetic and nonjudgmental approach from me, where we build a genuine and trusting relationship that will support the healing process.
