Change is hard for most of us, especially when dealing with transitions (think birth, death, relationships, jobs, moving, illness, coming out, etc). Few humans navigate these with ease. Many people benefit from help at these times. I act as a guide on your journey to help make the changes more manageable. My goal is to help you through challenges and set you free. I do not believe most people need to be in therapy long term. I look forward to meeting you. I have been in therapy off and on throughout my life so realize it can be hard to ask for help.
