I believe that we all have an inner badass- until life - either someone, something or a series of circumstances- happens. And that is where I come in- to help guide you back (or towards) to your badass self! I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate big life changes, challenges and identity shifts- such as divorce or the end of a relationship, making decisions about if parenthood is right for you, leaving that career or relationship that doesn't fill you up or setting boundaries with that family member or friend that is making your life miserable.
