In my 30 years of experience as a clinician, I have successfully worked with a variety of clients. My expertise includes areas of depression, anxiety, relationships, stress management, grief, life/college transitions and trauma. I have training and experience in Military-Informed Care and am a certified EMDR therapist and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a former Adjunct Instructor at Florida State University and a former Board Member/Chair of the Florida Social Work Licensing Board.
