Pura Vida! My name is Lisa Dunlavy, MSW, LCSW, LIMHP. Wellness refers to our overall balance of our physical, social, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, environmental and occupational well-being. Life stressors and mental health struggles can create imbalances in our well-being, but together we can create goals to address these imbalances and assist in making positive change, self-growth, and to learn how to live in the moment. Additionally, I am a Veteran of the United States Air Force (USAF). My perspective as a Veteran allows me to not only be an advocate, but a provider to those who have served.
