If so, I want to help you not just find short-term fixes, but receive true healing of your wounds that will put an end to the unhealthy cycles and patterns. There's nothing more frustrating than wanting to see change in your life, but not knowing where to start or how to bridge the gap between where you are, and where you want to be. I am very passionate about this work and am eager to see each individual I work with grow and live a more wholesome and fruitful life. I have a clinical yet conversational approach, creating a warm, safe, and inviting environment for my clients. I challenge my clients to dig deeper through asking tough questions that encourage self reflection and personal growth. I treat areas such as anxiety, OCD, but my specialty is in trauma and I want to help you work through whatever you facing!
