I am currently accepting adult, individual clients in PA, TX, NM, and ND for telehealth only. I am a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 20 years of working directly with clients in a variety of treatment settings. I tend to be a "jump right in"/very direct type of therapist and I mostly use Solution Focused and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) methods in my practice. As a social worker, I also utilize a client-centered, person-in-environment approach.
