Hello, I'm Lisa. I have a casual, conversational, and collaborative approach with my clients. I believe that the therapist/client relationship is a partnership; you are the expert on YOU. My theoretical orientation is eclectic and includes Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), systems, trauma-informed, polyvagal, and solution-focused lenses. With 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist and a PhD in social work, I've encountered a wide range of challenges and triumphs.
