Hello! If you want to change stuck patterns and dig deeper to explore root causes for unwanted habits & behaviors, then I may be the therapist for you! I absolutely love exploring where limiting beliefs & triggers come from and how to change them. I enjoy using clinical hypnosis & guided meditation to calm the nervous system, reduce avoidance and fear, and to help overcome past trauma.
