I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals and families healing from relationship trauma, emotional wounds, and attachment-related concerns. Many of the clients I work with have experienced confusing or painful relationships. I work with neurodivergent individuals and offer LGBTQ+ affirming care. My approach to therapy is depth oriented. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, we work to understand the patterns shaped by past relationships, family dynamics, and lived experiences. Together, we focus on rebuilding trust in yourself, strengthening emotional safety, and creating changes that feel authentic and sustainable.
