I am a licensed clinical psychologist experienced with children, adolescents, adults and couples. My approach is pragmatic - meaning I focus on doing what works! I'm trained in several types of therapy, so I might combine cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness-based therapies (ACT, DBT) or traditional "talk" therapies to get the best results. I'm active in sessions and will always check in with you to make sure you're getting the most out of therapy. I also enjoy working with kids and families offer parent support and coaching.
