First, it is to be acknowledged that you have taken a BIG step in reaching out! Be proud of yourself as this is not as easy as it sounds. It is my belief that one of the bravest acts one can do is decide to turn inward, to face the truths you’ve tucked away. I pay close attention to how the nervous system responds to stress and past experiences. When the nervous system becomes stuck in survival mode, I guide clients through safe, compassionate processing that allows their core Self to come forward and long-held burdens to gently release, supporting a shift from surviving to thriving.
