My view is that all people are capable of finding their own answers within and are already whole and complete. But sometimes hurts in life, trauma, mental health challenges or relational conflicts can keep a person stuck. I know that therapy is a process that facilitates change and walking along side with a person in their journey of personal growth has been a privilege for me for 14 years. I have experience in working with trauma and PTSD, Anxiety disorders, depression, relationship problems, substance abuse, difficulties with emotional regulation, and working with energy healing.
