I am currently accepting new clients. I work with a diverse population of adults and young adults. We all experience major life transitions and can use support during stressful times. Some of us have also been traumatized by events/situations in our lives yet, we may not recognize the negative impact it’s having on our relationships and overall well being. Many of us simply go into auto pilot, fight or flight mode, become overwhelmed and struggle to cope.
