About
Trauma can deeply shape our lives, often leaving us feeling disconnected—from ourselves, from others, and from a sense of safety or meaning. Our nervous systems adapt in powerful ways to help us survive overwhelming experiences; while these adaptations are protective at the time, they can later become limiting. I work with adults who are ready to explore and gently recalibrate these responses through a mind-body, trauma-informed lens. I primarily support individuals with complex or childhood trauma, as well as those navigating relationship challenges, narcissistic abuse, ADHD, and third-culture experiences. View 5 Photos I work from an experiential, relational, and cognitive foundation to support meaningful and lasting change. Using the triphasic model of recovery, we will focus on building safety and resilience, exploring and processing painful experiences, and as healing unfolds, we shift toward envisioning and creating a life rooted in meaning, connection, and purpose.
