I have experience providing support managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitioning through life challenges to improve emotional regulation, quality of life. I utilize a person-centered goal-focused approach to provide understanding with the relationship between feelings, thoughts, and actions. I work with ages 7 and beyond, experiencing various conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and Autism’s spectrum disorder.
