Welcome! It's wonderful that you are considering therapy, and I am here to help. I believe we are capable of far more than we realize. I think of myself as a guide to self-discovery and self-realization. Through couples and individual therapy I have successfully helped people significantly improve their relationships, decrease conflict, depression, anxiety, and self-destructive patterns. Working together I have also helped people enhance their self-esteem, communication, boundaries, and helped people work through loss, trauma, school and career difficulties.
