I value a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic relationship and tailor treatment to each client’s unique history and goals. When clinically appropriate, I integrate expressive practices such as reflective writing or art-based exercises to support emotional processing and meaning-making. In addition to psychotherapy, I am trained in Reiki and offer trauma-informed energy healing as a separate, non-clinical service. My approach is thoughtful, ethical, and centered on helping clients reconnect with themselves in ways that feel safe and sustainable.
