I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Illinois and have been practicing for 23 years. Within my holistic practice, I incorporate mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, positive affirmations as well as utilize creative arts and movement during sessions. I work with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or anxious. I provide support as well as pride myself in a person centered approach, meeting my client where they are, and helping them to meet goals that they wish to achieve.
