Hello, my name is Lisa Rodgers, Ph.D., candidate, M.Ed., M.A.T.S., LPCC, LPC and I have many years as a Mental Health Therapist. I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of Georgia and a licensed professional clinical counselor in the State of Ohio. I have a master's degree in community agency counseling from Cleveland State University and a master's degree in theological studies from Liberty University. I am currently working on my dissertation at National University. My research topic is focused on how female behavioral health leaders manage work-life balance and the impact of organizational culture, and support. I will introduce myself, give education/credential information, confidentiality, modalities/approaches, and policy information. The clients can expect to have an assessment so that I can get to know them. The assessment is the first session that will allow me to gain historical and background information, as well as psychological and physiological symptoms.
