Hi there! I’m so glad that we found each other! My name is Lisa Rubenstein and 2024 is my 27th year in the behavioral health field providing therapeutic services for children and adults of all ages and their families. I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and a Certified Florida Professional School Counselor (PSC: PreK-12th). My lifelong passion has been committed to helping others. If you are here, you have made the courageous decision to seek help on your healing journey! Our first session will be a “get to know you” introduction, where I listen to your story and what brings you to counseling. We will discuss your expectations and what you hope to get out of therapy. This is a vital opportunity for me to get to know you and understand your unique circumstances.
