I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting youth and families, from community programs to direct clinical treatment. I recognize that the world can present a range of challenges in our daily lives, leading to feelings such as frustration, anxiety, and stress. Then there are other, larger, life events that can cause major disruption to our emotional and even physical well-being. My intention is to meet clients at their developmental stage and help them navigate the effects of both everyday stressors and significant life experiences, always honoring each person’s unique journey. Sessions are tailored to meet each client's needs, but are always guided with evidence-based modalities. In individual or family therapy, my approach always emphasizes the whole person—integrating both mind and body.
