About
I am a licensed psychologist, meet with children and adolescents for individual psychotherapy, and provide parent consultation services in teletherapy meetings. My aim in my work with kids and teens is to provide a warm and supportive environment where they can come to better understand their emotions and habitual ways of coping, and explore different ways of thinking and behaving that will help them to function more successfully and happily in their everyday lives. My therapeutic approach combines elements of cognitive behavioral and talking therapy, use of visual materials, and mindfulness techniques.
