I specialize in supporting women through the emotional and relational shifts that often accompany motherhood, including postpartum depression, anxiety, identity changes, and strain within partnerships. As a mother of four, I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding to the work, with deep respect for the complexity of this season. I also work with women and families navigating NICU experiences, pregnancy loss, infertility, and other reproductive challenges, offering grounded, compassionate care during times of vulnerability and transition. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and direct. I integrate evidence-based care with a holistic lens, exploring how sleep, lifestyle, stress, and relational dynamics contribute to symptoms. I am also completing legal studies, which informs my work with complex family systems and decision-making during periods of transition.
