Hello, my name is Lisa Stewart-Brown, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Having the opportunity to work with my clients and positively contribute to their well-being, even if it's just by providing support and ensuring they don't have to navigate their journey alone, brings me immense joy and fulfillment. I primarily practice client-centered, strength-based therapy and incorporate various cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I am passionate about working with adults of all ages who find themselves challenged by relationships, careers, family dynamics, generalized anxiety, attention issues, or processing traumas.
