Welcome! Therapy is a place where we can explore what is closest to our hearts, such as longing for more connection, navigating complicated family relationships, or seeking deeper meaning and direction in our lives. With over 25 years as a Clinical Psychologist, I have extensive experience helping clients with a variety of concerns, including depression and anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I also worked for several years at the Duke Center for Eating Disorders, and I continue to support for many clients who are healing from disordered eating and body image distress.
