Starting therapy with a new therapist can feel difficult. Uncertainties that clients often are struggling with when they find me sound like… “I’m so overwhelmed, I don’t know where to begin.” “It’s hard to even think or talk about.” “I don’t know why I struggle with this.” “I am not happy with my life.” If any these sound familiar, I want to help. As a therapist, it’s my highest priority to create a space where you can experience feeling more deeply known and understood, believed in, confident, and safe. Therapy is vulnerable, and it’s important to me to honor that experience with a non-judgmental and sensitive presence.
