From this place, I work to help my clients explore themselves freely, without shame or judgment, & grow a deeper understanding of the challenges they are experiencing. My hope is through this process, we can facilitate positive changes & a path forward to having a richer, more purposeful life. I offer individual & couples therapy for adults, taking a strengths-based approach.
