In a relaxed and productive environment, I help people who want to experience a greater sense of fulfillment and satisfaction in their lives and relationships. I’ve been a licensed therapist for 25 years, and I specialize in couples counseling, men's issues, stress and anxiety, and helping people who are just struggling with a general sense of dissatisfaction with life. I also specialize in working with partners of narcissists and adults who were impacted by having a narcissistic parent. My therapy style is down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, straightforward, and highly interactive. I offer very direct advice and practical approaches to solving problems. I also use humor in therapy often. We’ll discuss very serious issues in counseling, but I also hope that I can make you smile and laugh too.
