I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in practice for 18 years. Over the years I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals, couples and groups of all ages. I enjoy working with adults who may be going through difficult life transitions, experiencing depression, anxiety or other mood disturbances, have difficulty managing stress, or are just struggling to navigate life's challenges. I view counseling as a partnership and enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to take charge of their own mental health and wellness and discover the best versions of themselves.
