I have had the pleasure of working as a therapist to adolescents and adults for more then 20 years. Having started my career in a school setting, I have a strong foundation of the struggles and challenges adolescents experience in school and beyond. I use a client centered and cognitive behavioral approach to counseling. Using aspects of CBT, narrative and solution focused therapy, clients gain self awareness and develop strategies to reduce feelings of anxiety and/or mild depression.
