Trauma changes our brain, our reactions and how we perceive ourselves and the world around us. Many of us experience big traumas or smaller traumas that we think we should" just be able to move on" from but can't. I provide a safe place to work through these issues and am trained in EMDR, Certified in in BrainSpotting, Certified in treating Narcissistic Abuse and Certified in Complex Trauma. If the client wants a faith based approach I am available for that if requested. I have over 35 years of experience. I offer in person and telemedicine sessions.
