I hold an MSW from Columbia University and BA from the University of California, Berkeley. I enjoy seeing patients in person in a world that has become unhealthfully dependent upon online experiences. Anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and couples issues are my focus. My experience includes working on-staff as a psychotherapist at Stony Brook Hospital Psychiatric & Detox Units, The Dunes East Hampton, Quannacut Addiction Rehab Eastern Long Island and in private practice for almost two decades. My column, "Thoughts from a Therapist" appears in the East Hampton Press, Southampton Press, Sag Harbor Express and online at 27east.
