About
I am a Licensed Certified Clinical Social Worker with well over a decade of significant experience helping adults cope with the symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood swings, mood disorders, psychosis, dementia, trauma, hoarding disorders, anticipatory grief, and bereavement. Additionally, I've supported adults through significant trauma including deaths of loved ones, divorces and break-ups. I provide client-centered treatments that combine behavioral and thought modifications with the use of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), person centered therapy, and family systems therapy. I am excited to be able to meet and work with all individuals and I embrace diversity in my practice and daily life. I am also pleased to welcome the LGBTQ+ community, whom I have passionately served over many years. My clients includes children and adults starting at 5-years of age and older, from a variety of backgrounds/nationalities, faiths, etc.
