I am passionate about guiding individuals who have experienced trauma, traumatic loss and/or addictions towards their recovery. I specialize in using a combined body-centered approach from Somatic Experiencing, with the Internal Family Systems model and mental health nutrition. This has proven to be highly effective for resolution and recovery as it is grounded in the foundation of our innate capacity for healing and is organized in a way that draws out that very capacity.
