English | español I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Michigan University (2016). I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of issues including disordered eating; various types of anxiety including social anxiety, phobias, and generalized anxiety; navigating relationship difficulties; depression; and overall adjustment of life transitions/changes. I provide services to adults and teens in both English and Spanish. I can help by establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with each person and develop a treatment plan tailored to each individual's unique needs. I view this relationship as the most important component in therapy. In treatment, I use various modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, etc. as needed for each person.
